Portal and app terms

These terms govern access to the Brikhya Bandhu portal and mobile application.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for authorized plantation registration, verification, and reporting activities.
• Do not upload false evidence, tamper with records, or use another user’s credentials.
• Keep your login credentials and device access secure.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate student, institution, and plantation information.
• Ensure uploads are lawful and captured according to field rules.
• Follow any additional administrative instructions from the program team.

Service changes

Features, eligibility rules, upload limits, and reporting views may change as the program evolves. The portal will reflect the active rules configured by administrators.
