- Login and account identifiers such as mobile number, registration number, role, and institution details.
- Plantation submission data including date, location, photo evidence, and milestone uploads.
- Technical data such as device time, IP address, and request logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and show the correct institution or student dashboard.
- To store plantation evidence, generate certificates, and build summary reports.
- To detect abuse, maintain audit trails, and meet government reporting requirements.
Retention and sharing
- Data is retained for program administration, audit, and statutory reporting.
- Access is limited to authorized officials and systems that need the data to operate the program.
- We do not sell personal data.
Security
We use authenticated APIs, role-based access, and secured session handling. No system is perfectly secure, but controls are in place to reduce unauthorized access and tampering.
