How to request account deletion
This page documents the deletion process for student and institution accounts used by the Brikhya Bandhu portal and mobile app.
Step 1. Sign out of the app and stop using the account if the request is urgent.
Step 2. Submit a deletion request to the configured support contact with your registered mobile number, role, and institution name if applicable.
Step 3. The administrator verifies the request and deletes or disables the account according to program rules and audit requirements.
What is removed
- Authentication access and stored session tokens.
- Profile and account metadata tied to the request.
- Submitted plantation records only if the program administrator confirms that deletion is permitted.
What may be retained
- Audit logs and legal compliance records.
- Non-personal aggregate reports already published in summary dashboards.
